Upon purchasing these items, Unique Crystals & Stones cannot be liable for complications to health or financial status. This includes allergic reactions. The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products.
We take the utmost care to ensure that breakages do not occur, all packages are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, when required, and to the best of our staff's judgment. As an extra precaution, we take photos of all shipped items prior to and post packing. We do not buy or sell in bulk, nor provide photos of items similar to what we have in stock, each customer is guaranteed to receive the same product that was purchased through the online store. However, we do not take any responsibility for the mishandling of the courier staff of your purchased products.
Unfortunately, we have no control over how Australia Post handles your parcel. While we package each piece for safe arrival, in some occasions chips, scratches and broken pieces can occur during the shipment process, particularly if your package is treated poorly while on its way to you. Unique Crystals & Stones takes no responsibility for damage incurred during the shipment process. By shopping with us, you agree to this statement. If damage occurs during transit please contact us via Instagram or email (email@example.com) within 12 hours of receiving. We will do our best to assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
Delivery will generally take up to 7 business days depending on your location in Australia. It may take up to 10 days to receive items if you live in WA or NT. Please allow up to 2 business days for packaging and handling. We use Australia Post for all shipments within Australia and internationally.
All items are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked via the tracking number which is provided upon shipping confirmation, sent via your email on file. If you cannot find your tracking information please contact us.
For all shipments within Australia, we use express post.
TRACKING + MISSING PARCELS
Should your parcel take longer than normal to arrive or go missing in transit we will do our best to assist you however we cannot acquire any more information than you as the address. Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Unique Crystals & Stones cannot assume responsibility for any delays or missing parcels by postage providers.
Crystals and minerals are NATURAL objects and are unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore no two crystals or stones will ever be the same. Please be aware as natural objects their appearance can vary from the images shown depending on lighting and may contain small natural fractures and pits. Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics. Unique Crystals & Stones does NOT give refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already shipped and left our store, we are unable to cancel the order.
Any returns MUST be finalized with Unique Crystals & Stones and assessed on an individual basis. Please note: Any returns must be organized by the customer. Unique Crystals & Stones will not be made liable for the shipping costs and/or shipping materials. Additional information will be supplied if appropriate. Unique Crystals & Stones has the right to refuse a refund, store credit, or return and by shopping with us you are agreeing to this statement.
In order to provide better service to our valued customers, we may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.
